Time was, a young man would place a blue cornflower in his lapel to indicate that he was unmarried. Hence, the name bachelor’s button. Who’s to say a girl can’t send a subtle message of her own? Nowadays, the cornflower stands for hope in love.

The pale green headband gives this fascinator the feel of summertime, and sets off the royal blue flower and feathers. A little touch of crystal to takes things up a notch.
