And the winner is…Stunning! She wasn’t even nominated, and still she was the big winner at the awards banquet. All anyone talked about that evening was how fabulous she looked.
This feather hat is so much more than a craft-store hat pad. The dusty rose feathers are so soft and luxurious, they were destined for something extraordinary. The hat incorporates dove gray veiling, a vintage-look rhinestone button and black accent feathers. Other colors? Of course! Just ask.

Sure, this glossy black hat is sophisticated, but that doesn’t mean a girl can’t get her giggle on when she wears it. And when she does, wherever she
goes, the party follows. All she needs is a martini (or a martini glass) to round out the look.
A hat that won’t be accused of age discrimination, this one’s as appropriate for the mother of the bride as it is for a bridesmaid. A comb keeps it secure, no matter how hard you laugh.

When a face is this beautiful, why hide it behind a veil? Last year, we’d have probably suggested a piece like this to go with a wedding suit, perhaps for a bride who’d been down the aisle before. And it’s still perfect for that. But as the new collections are coming out, these unveiled feather demi-hats are also turning up on the runway with full-blown bridal gowns and they look fabulous together. This one has a sequined flower that brings out the peachy undertone in both the feathers and your blushing cheeks. Not strictly bridal, by any means.

This year it’s all about the boyfriend…boyfriend jeans, boyfriend sweater…boyfriend fascinator??? Well, sort of. This little feather hat borrows its detail from the feathers you might see tucked into a man’s hatband. The rest is all girl, of course, from the whisper-soft tan feathers to the vintage silk French veiling to the tiny aqua rhinestone. Shown hereworn two different ways, both stunning, and both charming on women of all ages.

So you’re not a child bride. Maybe you’ve been down the aisle a time or two; maybe you are renewing your wedding vows. This retro feather hat is for the woman who’s sure of herself, grown-up and smashing. It’s secured by a small comb and is shown here with a chic veil that can stop anywhere from forehead to chin. Lovely with short hair, and not necessarily bridal, especially sans veil.

Admit it — you know he’s going to be there. Walk into the party fashionably late (emphasis on fashionably) and every head will turn. Especially his. This extravagant fascinator has just enough flutter to catch anyone’s eye. You probably should start practicing right now, because you’ll need to ignore the whispers of “who is THAT?”. The silk veil and button are vintage, but this one’s all about the feathers.
