Dotty

**NEW DESIGN**   Where are you going with that flower in your hair, girl? Salsa dancing? Wedding on the beach? Outdoor concert? Wherever you go, eyes will follow.

A comment on this site suggested that we make a patterned flower. Why not? This one is black chiffon with white and metallic gold dots, with a beaded center detail–light and sheer for summertime, with just a speck of glitz for evening. As always, it comes with a hair clip and a brooch pin.  When you wear it, you’ll appreciate our trick of making these flowers with the bottom layer curved to hug your head…or shoulder, or wherever you might pin a thing of such beauty.

Make Mine Black and Tan

This little hat bridges the seasons nicely, with a handmade black flower and black netting covering a tan straw base. Flirty peacock feathers stand in for stamens. Attaches securely with a comb and works on either side of the head.

NOTE: Tan straw base is out of stock. We can make this fascinator in pink, white, ivory, brown, navy, red, silver or black.

**NEW DESIGN**

So, so chic! Irridescent feathers are red on the back, just like the soles of those shoes you can’t afford. Uh-huh, you know the ones. Details include contrasting feathers and an oval aqua rhinestone.  If you’d to use this as piece to decorate a larger hat, email us at orders@overthetopfascinators.com and tell us you’d like us to add a brooch pin.

Very Cherry

How about this black lace fascinator with cherries for our rockabilly babies?  A sturdy plastic comb helps this small hat defy gravity. You know just what to wear it with, don’t you?

As shown, $40. With red or black netting, $50

Gay Divorcee

This design was born when a friend (NOT the blissfully married model!) decided to mark her divorce with a party celebrating the next phase in her life. Like her, it’s sleek, sophisticated and ready for some fun. Why should brides get all the cool headpieces?

Shown here with a one-of-a-kind vintage brooch; most will use a retro rhinestone button.
